WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Every time you place an order with SKIN&CO, we suggest customers to sign up on the website at time off check out, instead of checking out as a guest. By opening an account you will be able to track your order directly on our website, receive live updates on its status and be part of our community.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping varies from service and distance. Shipping can range between $7 and $15 for ground service ( 4-7 business days) and $15 to $22 on express shipping (overnight , 1 day service). HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT?
When you are in the process of selecting an item to purchase you will be asked to give the item as a gift or not. If you confirm the gift option, you will be able to add a message for the receiver and your gift will automatically be wrapped.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
At Skin&Co, we try to accommodate all needs of our customers and try to give them the opportunity to purchase what they really like. We accept returns for items that have not been opened or used and are still in the original packaging. Returns are allowed up to 14 days after the item is received.

We understand that Nature is the key of our line. We could not be here without the support of Nature, healthy Nature.
- We try to preserve nature and use organic extracts and plans.
- We do not use species or flowers that are considered in danger, we do not test on animals and we do not use materials that can harm the environment.
- 95% of our materials are transported by road or sea and we try to limit the impact of environmentally impact of our supply chain.
- Our employees are trained on energy saving and recycling options available. We try to limit our impact and try to minimize energy waste and material waste.
- None of the extracts harvested in our farms are farmed out of their regular season, none of them are mass-produced or induced to grow more quickly.
WHAT ARE THE ETHICAL STEPS SKIN&CO TAKES?
Skin&Co takes ethical issues very seriously. All our suppliers are asked to sign a contract before supplying our company complying with our ethical codes. The Codes include, environmental protection, fight against discrimination based on sex, race, religion, age, sexual choice, disadvantages and more.
Additionally, we promote local farming and employment of local suppliers to give the opportunity to the local businesses and farmers to continue the great work in respect to the environment and employment.
Skin&Co supports several charities, which are selected each year.
